Since I can remember, I have had a fascination with, and passion for
good food, and following several years of self-teaching, I trained formally in the world-famous Ballymaloe Cookery School,
and subsequently in Ballymaloe House Hotel. I then moved to Co. Kerry and spent time as Pastry Chef in Nicks Restaurant in
Killorglin.
Since then, with a growing family, I have focused on cooking for Private Functions, Corporate & Private Parties, Weddings, Communions, Birthday Parties,
Drinks Receptions etc.
As well as branching into
Special Occasion and Wedding Cakes, I have recently diversified into handcrafted Cake Toppers which I enjoy and which are
proving extremely popular - being able to mail my creations has opened up a whole new business!!
