Sausages braised in Red Wine -

delicious locally made spicy,

herby sausages, with streaky bacon,

garlic, herbs, mushrooms & red wine
Duabe de Boeuf Provencale

- a hearty rich winter casserole,

including streaky bacon, tomato,

mushrooms, herbs & garlic
Pork with Gentle Spices -

cardamon, coriander and cumin

flavour this rich creamy sauce.

All the above dishes are served with new potatoes, rice, or gratin dauphinoise potatoes, plus a green salad.

Because of Food Safety Regulations, I am not in a position to deliver hot food - it will arrive chilled and ready for you to reheat.



The majority of these dishes are available frozen if requested.
